James married Martha DYKE, daughter of Edward "Ned" DYKE and Joan READ, on 5 Jan 1802 in Castle Cary SOM. (Martha DYKE was christened in Dec 1776 in Ansford SOM and was buried in 1828 in Hemel Hempstead HRT.)
